Once your reservation is confirmed, you have an option to download and complete our forms needed for check-in. This will help expedite your check-in process. The completed form may be E-mailed, mailed, faxed or dropped off any time before or during check-in.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy Effective as of 9/23/24

In order to meet the needs of our customers we require a deposit for ALL types of dog and cat boarding reservations at the time of making the appointment. As you complete your request on our app you will be prompted to pay the deposit before submitting the request. You can still make a reservation request via email or give our office a call and we can take the deposit over the phone if approved. If we are not able to meet your needs, the deposit will be applied back to your card on file.

Regular dog enclosure and cat condo reservations for NON-PEAK dates will now require a $100 per enclosure deposit. Any PEAK date reservations for regular dog enclosures or cat condos will now require $150 deposit.

All dog and cat suite reservations for both N0N-PEAK and PEAK dates will now require a $150 deposit per suite.

Christmas/New Years Annually

  • 12/18 to 1/5

Summer Peak Days 

  • 5/22 to 9/2 2025
  • 5/21 to 9/7 2026 

The reservation deposit charge will be applied over the phone or to the card you have added to your Profile on our app and charges will appear on the date of your request. This deposit is applied directly to the invoice for payment and will be deducted at check out.

Peak Time cancellations made at least 14 days before the arrival date, will be refunded in full. Cancellations made within 14 days of the drop off date or result in a no show, will be non refundable.

Non Peak Time cancellations made at least 5 days before the arrival date, will be refunded in full. Cancellations made within 5 days of the drop off date or result in a no show, will not be refundable. Deposit refunds will be returned in the same form in which it was received.
